Cancellation Policy

This flat rate includes moving on a Tuesday, ground level to ground level, within the greater Columbus, Oh area. The move will incur extra fees if: 1. you need to schedule on a different day of the week 2. there are stair cases involved 3. the move is outside of our milage range Our flat fee includes any single, double, or triple steps exterior/interior steps along the way at pick up or delivery locations. However, for any staircases at either location, half or full, customer will be charged an additional $12 per stair step. We will do our best to pick up your piano and deliver directly to you within the time window decided upon by you and the seller. We will stay in contact on the day-of. If the pick up or drop off location is outside the radius of a 30 mile perimeter of the city center, the customer will incur a mileage reimbursement fee at the current government rate. If the customer wishes to move the instrument on any other day of the week, please contact us directly to schedule.
